Shipping policy
BUILT GARAGE currently ships orders within South Africa.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.
During product launches, promotions or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer.
Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, it will be handed to our selected courier or delivery service.
Estimated delivery times will depend on your delivery location and the courier service used.
As a general guide:
- Major metropolitan areas: approximately 2–5 business days
- Outlying areas: approximately 3–7 business days
These are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery times.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout where applicable.
From time to time, BUILT GARAGE may offer promotional or free-shipping offers subject to the terms of the promotion.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided to the customer after the order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
If an order cannot be delivered because incorrect or incomplete information was provided, additional delivery charges may apply.
Delays
BUILT GARAGE is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, strikes, public holidays or other unforeseen events.
Damaged Packages
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and product and contact us as soon as possible.
